3.1 Registration. To access ph6g services, you must complete the registration process at ph6g.app, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). ph6g is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by ph6g for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required.
3.3 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided to ph6g is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph6g login credentials. ph6g will never ask for your password. You must notify ph6g immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ph6g is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
3.5 Two-Factor Authentication. ph6g strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. ph6g may require 2FA for certain account actions including withdrawals above specified thresholds.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph6g accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the ph6g platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph6g reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to you.
5.1 ph6g may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 ph6g reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
5.4 ph6g reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.

9.3 ph6g's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph6g account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 ph6g is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters.
10.1 ph6g reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 You may close your ph6g account at any time by contacting ph6g support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 ph6g may withhold funds from a closed or suspended account pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

14.1 ph6g reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph6g will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the ph6g platform prior to the changes taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the ph6g platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
